Filling: 1 lb ground pork

1 bundle spring onions, chopped into small pieces

Cook pork until brown

Put in the onions and mix well

Add : 3 c sugar

3 1/2 c all purpose flour

3/4 c water

3/4 c (Mazola) oil

Mix well while cooking. Set aside

Dough : Mix: 3/4 c water

3/4 c (Mazola) oil

3 c flour

Let dough set for 10 minutes

Roll dough, flatten, and cut into desired size.

Wrap filling into the cut dough.

Bake for 20 minutes (or until browned) at 350

* You may do egg wash on top. Simply brush beaten egg on the hopia. Use egg yolk only if you want a more yellowish color.
